Easy food prepared and could be served when one falls sick (fever, soar throat, cold)
Double Boiled Rice with salt.
Smash the rice once it is boiled for long time with salt to taste served when hot adds more taste.
Easy to digest hence gives energy quickly easily goes in too.
Boil the rice with dhal and other vegetables (carrots/beans/tomatoes/all) with pinch of turmeric powder, dhaniya, ginger powder.
The more one allows to boil all together adds up taste,
So add more water and allow it to boil in sim flame ..
Take a nap then food is ready.
Tastes good with Papads or sliced Onions.
Main ingredient + water -----boil ------>>>> porridges is ready.
Main Ingredients:
- Wheat flour.
- Rava.
- Vermicelli (Samiya).
- Sago.
Salt to taste
Add some flavors like Cardamom and Clove.
A pinch of Turmeric powder to make it bright yellow.
A pinch of Badam powder tooo will make it bright yellow.
A pinch of Saffron powder to make it baby pink.
