Kodimbedalu

Raw rice flour : water , 1:1 ratio .

rock salt - ½ spoon


Take 1 cup water ,

1/2 tea spoon salt ,

little oil

little coconut scrapings,

little jaggery ,

cumin seeds (seeragam) in a vessel.


  1. When water reaches boiling point ,
  2. add rice flour ,
  3. stirring and remove the vessel from fire after 2 mins. .
  4. make dough by mixing it nicely.
  5. Make into small balls and then make rings and fry in the oil . remove when it is soft .
  6. goes well with onion chutney.
