Raw rice flour : water , 1:1 ratio .
rock salt - ½ spoon
Take 1 cup water ,
1/2 tea spoon salt ,
little oil
little coconut scrapings,
little jaggery ,
cumin seeds (seeragam) in a vessel.
- When water reaches boiling point ,
- add rice flour ,
- stirring and remove the vessel from fire after 2 mins. .
- make dough by mixing it nicely.
- Make into small balls and then make rings and fry in the oil . remove when it is soft .
- goes well with onion chutney.
